If you are not yet set up with NJ DDD, we can connect you with a Support Coordinator.

3. service planning

We work with you and your care team to build a plan that fits your goals and needs.

4. start services

We match clients with trained DSPs and begin support in home and community settings.

5. ongoing support

We check in regularly, and adjust as needed so everything keeps working well for you.
